Joseph Massaro, Managing Member-Operations
Has more than 30 years of experience in acquisition, construction, rehabilitation and management of residential, commercial and industrial properties. This broad range of real estate experience has been invaluable in the development and implementation of the business practices of InSource Financial. Successful management of Southwest Capital Investments, a premier purchaser of non-performing assets since 2001, created the opportunity to partner as a principle principal and founder of InSource Financial Services LLC. Mr. Massaro's responsibility for the operations aspect of InSource Financial is the natural result of his prior business experience and fiscal aptitude. He is actively involved in monitoring the performance of the portfolios of InSource Financial's many investment partners in addition to developing and implementing policies and procedures for the company. Matthew Mattera, Managing Member-Client Relations
Has more than 25 years of experience related to all aspects of acquiring, managing, rehabilitating and selling properties throughout Long Island. In addition he has been actively involved in the acquisition and sale of REO assets on a national level for the past 20 years. Successful management of Southwest Capital Investments, a premier purchaser of non-performing assets since 2001, created the opportunity to partner as a principal and founder of InSource Financial Services LLC. Mr. Mattera's primary responsibilities as a principal with InSource Financial concern the acquisition, vendor relations and client relations phases of operation. His many years of experience, spanning so many facets of the real estate business, produced a nationwide network of industry contacts ranging from contractors and brokers to title companies and attorneys. In addition, his foresightedness and dedication to quality has contributed significantly to the unparalleled due diligence procedure, innovative purchasing philosophy, and progressive marketing strategies that are the foundation of the InSource Financial business model.
